PBFY Flexible Packaging products meet FDA (Food and Drug Administration) requirements for food application use. All layers of materials used in our bags and pouches, including aluminum foil, poly, and inner/outer linings, are free of fungicide, preservatives, fumigants, and plasticizers.

PBFY also certifies that BPA (Bisphenol A) and DEHA (Bis(2-Ethylhexyl) adipate) are not present in any of the materials used in manufacturing our premade bags, pouches, and films. All packaging materials used are safe for direct contact with food.

Our production team works in an isolated room and is required to wear hairnets and gloves when work requires them to handle the bags before shipment (i.e., valve, tin tie, label, or hang hole application). These requirements ensure our products remain in a clean and uncontaminated condition.
